沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪廢氣處理系統(tǒng)主要由兩部分組成:廢氣濃縮系統(tǒng)和廢氣焚燒處理系統(tǒng)。

廢氣濃縮主要通過沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪實現(xiàn),轉(zhuǎn)輪為圓形結(jié)構(gòu),內(nèi)部均勻填充沸石,而沸石的主要成分是多孔的骨架型硅鋁酸鹽,其內(nèi)部分布著孔穴,具有對大小不一的分子進行選擇性吸附的特性,故沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪也被稱為分子篩。沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪在不同溫度下具有不同的吸附效率,故安裝轉(zhuǎn)輪的風箱根據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)輪的特性設(shè)置了3個分區(qū):吸附區(qū)、脫附區(qū)、冷卻區(qū)。

車間廢氣經(jīng)過調(diào)溫調(diào)濕及過濾后,進入轉(zhuǎn)輪風箱的吸附區(qū),大部分廢氣成分被轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附,少量廢氣成分隨著凈化后的廢氣被直接排放,轉(zhuǎn)輪在吸附的過程中不停地轉(zhuǎn)動,吸附區(qū)吸收了大量廢氣成分后轉(zhuǎn)動至脫附區(qū),此時來自RTO的高溫煙氣通過與部分的車間廢氣混合達到250℃后通向脫附區(qū),因為沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪在250℃高溫的情況下吸附效率較低,在吸附區(qū)吸附的廢氣成分在脫附區(qū)會重新被脫附下來,隨著高溫煙氣被輸送至RTO里進行廢氣焚燒處理,焚燒產(chǎn)生的煙氣一部分用于轉(zhuǎn)輪入口廢氣的升溫除濕,另一部分送至脫附區(qū)進行脫附。

Therefore, the trafficability of the ceramic heat storage body directly affects the efficiency of waste gas treatment and the energy consumption of RTO equipment operation.

1)因為室外新風溫度較低,吹入的冷風導(dǎo)致蓄熱陶瓷及燃燒室溫度降低,所以,設(shè)備運行時天然氣耗量較大,增加了能源成本;2)設(shè)備運行時,RTO進氣量與排氣量均衡,當吹掃風機補入部分風量時,破壞RTO內(nèi)部風平衡,且容易造成燃燒室內(nèi)部壓力增大。
