Like activated carbon adsorption concentration+catalytic combustion (CO), the principle of zeolite concentration wheel+catalytic combustion (CO) equipment is also to first undergo concentration and then high-temperature treatment. The advantages of adsorbent, desorption temperature, purification effect, CO combustion furnace energy consumption, applicable range, footprint, safety and stability make the zeolite concentration wheel+CO process widely used, which makes up for the situation that some activated carbon adsorption concentration+CO treatment processes cannot handle.
沸石濃縮轉(zhuǎn)輪+CO催化燃燒廢氣處理工藝流程:

VOCs氣體收集→干式/濕式過(guò)濾→沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附濃縮→CO催化燃燒→風(fēng)機(jī)+煙囪(達(dá)標(biāo)排放)。
VOCs gas collection → dry/wet filtration → zeolite rotary adsorption concentration → CO catalytic combustion → fan+chimney (compliant emissions).
沸石濃縮轉(zhuǎn)輪+CO催化燃燒廢氣處理工藝工作原理:

大風(fēng)量低濃度的VOCs,經(jīng)過(guò)沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪后,由于分子之間的范德華力,VOCs被沸石微孔所吸附,凈化后的氣體可直接排到排氣筒。被吸附在沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪上的有機(jī)物再通過(guò)180℃~200℃的溫度的氣體進(jìn)行脫附。脫附出來(lái)的高濃度廢氣再送入CO催化燃燒設(shè)備進(jìn)行催化燃燒處理。
VOCs with high air volume and low concentration, after passing through the zeolite impeller, are adsorbed by the zeolite micropores due to van der Waals forces between molecules. The purified gas can be directly discharged into the exhaust pipe. The organic matter adsorbed on the zeolite wheel is desorbed by gas at a temperature of 180 ℃ to 200 ℃. The high concentration exhaust gas desorbed is then sent to the CO catalytic combustion equipment for catalytic combustion treatment.
催化燃燒是典型的氣—固相催化反應(yīng),它在催化劑的作用下降低反應(yīng)的活化能,使其在較低的起燃溫度250~350℃下進(jìn)行無(wú)焰燃燒,在固體催化劑表面有機(jī)物質(zhì)發(fā)生氧化,同時(shí)產(chǎn)生CO2和H2O,并放出大量的熱量,因其氧化反應(yīng)溫度低,所以大大地控制了空氣中的N2形成高溫NOx。而且由于催化劑有選擇性催化作用,有可能限制燃料中含氮化合物的氧化過(guò)程,使其多數(shù)形成分子氮,從而降低了末端處理設(shè)備的負(fù)荷,降低了運(yùn)行能耗。
Catalytic combustion is a typical gas-solid catalytic reaction, which reduces the activation energy of the reaction under the action of the catalyst, allowing it to undergo flameless combustion at a lower ignition temperature of 250-350 ℃. Organic matter on the surface of the solid catalyst oxidizes, producing CO2 and H2O, and releasing a large amount of heat. Due to its low oxidation reaction temperature, it greatly controls the formation of high-temperature NOx from N2 in the air. Moreover, due to the selective catalytic effect of the catalyst, it is possible to limit the oxidation process of nitrogen-containing compounds in the fuel, causing most of them to form molecular nitrogen, thereby reducing the load on the end treatment equipment and lowering operational energy consumption.
沸石濃縮轉(zhuǎn)輪+CO催化燃燒工藝的優(yōu)勢(shì):
Advantages of zeolite concentration wheel+CO catalytic combustion process:
1、沸石為無(wú)機(jī)物,具有不可燃性,脫附再生時(shí)較活性炭的安全性更高;

2、系統(tǒng)配備阻火器、泄爆片、消防噴淋、氮?dú)獗Wo(hù)、自動(dòng)停機(jī)等多項(xiàng)安全保護(hù)措施;

3、凈化效果高;可達(dá)到90%以上。由于分子篩孔徑均一,且脫附溫度高,脫附更為徹底。因此分子篩轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附性能得以保持高效的狀態(tài),保證廢氣持續(xù)達(dá)標(biāo)排放;
3. High purification effect; It can reach over 90%. Due to the uniform pore size of the molecular sieve and high desorption temperature, desorption is more thorough. Therefore, the adsorption performance of the molecular sieve wheel can be maintained in an efficient state, ensuring that the exhaust gas continues to meet the emission standards;
4、全智能化管理操作,PLC/人機(jī)界面+智能手機(jī)APP遠(yuǎn)程管控系統(tǒng);可在人機(jī)界面或者手機(jī)上設(shè)定運(yùn)行參數(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程實(shí)時(shí)智能控制。
4. Fully intelligent management operation, PLC/human-machine interface+smartphone APP remote control system; Operating parameters can be set on the human-machine interface or mobile phone to achieve remote real-time intelligent control.
