1.沸石轉輪設備概述
Overview of zeolite rotary equipment
沸石轉輪設備是利用吸附-脫附-濃縮三項連續(xù)變溫的吸、脫附程序,使VOCs廢氣通過轉輪的旋轉,同時完成氣體的脫附和轉輪的再生過程。進入濃縮轉輪的有機廢氣經過沸石吸附凈化后直接通過煙囪排放到大氣中。被吸附的有機物質因轉輪的持續(xù)轉動(1-6 R/h)而進入脫附區(qū),利用加熱氣體在此區(qū)域脫附,使得低濃度、大風量有機廢氣濃縮為高濃度、小風量的濃縮氣體,進入催化燃燒設備(CO)進行燃燒轉化成二氧化碳及水蒸氣排放至大氣中,如此循環(huán)工作。
The zeolite rotary equipment utilizes three continuous temperature changing adsorption and desorption processes: adsorption desorption concentration, to rotate VOCs waste gas through the rotary wheel, while completing the gas desorption and regeneration process of the rotary wheel. The organic waste gas entering the concentration wheel is directly discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney after being purified by zeolite adsorption. The adsorbed organic matter enters the desorption zone due to the continuous rotation of the impeller (1-6 R/h). Heating gas is used to desorb in this area, causing low concentration and high air volume organic waste gas to be concentrated into high concentration and low air volume concentrated gas. It enters the catalytic combustion equipment (CO) for combustion and conversion into carbon dioxide and water vapor, which are discharged into the atmosphere. This cycle works.
沸石轉輪吸附濃縮+催化燃燒(CO)處理工藝是一種技術成熟、處理效果好的組合技術,此項廢氣處理技術采用吸附和脫附兩種連續(xù)變溫過程,將低濃度、大風量的有機廢氣濃縮成高濃度、小風量的濃縮廢氣。然后再將濃縮后的有機廢氣,經由風機引入催化燃燒設備,將有機物徹底分解成CO2和H20,凈化后氣體經排氣筒高空達標排放。此技術適用于處理大風量,濃度低,或含有多種有機物的廢氣處理。
The zeolite rotary adsorption concentration+catalytic combustion (CO) treatment process is a mature and effective combination technology. This waste gas treatment technology adopts two continuous temperature changing processes, adsorption and desorption, to concentrate low concentration and high air volume organic waste gas into high concentration and low air volume concentrated waste gas. Then, the concentrated organic waste gas is introduced into the catalytic combustion equipment through a fan to completely decompose the organic matter into CO2 and H2O. After purification, the gas is discharged at high altitude through an exhaust pipe to meet the standard. This technology is suitable for treating exhaust gases with high air volume, low concentration, or containing multiple organic compounds.

沸石轉輪設備分為處理區(qū)和再生區(qū),為了保證吸附的整個過程是連續(xù)的,吸附區(qū)緩慢旋轉(1-6r/h)。含有揮發(fā)性有機化合物(VOCs)的廢氣經過輪子的處理區(qū)時,輪子內的廢氣組分被吸附劑吸附,輪子逐漸趨于飽和,處理后的廢氣凈化排空。
The zeolite rotary equipment is divided into a processing area and a regeneration area. In order to ensure the entire adsorption process is continuous, the adsorption area rotates slowly (1-6r/h). When the exhaust gas containing volatile organic compounds (VOCs) passes through the treatment area of the wheel, the components of the exhaust gas inside the wheel are adsorbed by the adsorbent, and the wheel gradually tends to saturate. The treated exhaust gas is purified and discharged.
與此同時,在再生區(qū),高溫空氣通過吸附飽和的轉輪,使轉輪上所吸附的廢氣被脫附并被高溫空氣帶離,從而恢復了轉輪的吸附能力,達到連續(xù)去除VOCs的效果,同時,提高了廢氣濃度,便于催化氧化處理。在催化燃燒室中產生的高溫廢氣是高溫脫附熱風的來源。脫附過程中產生的濃縮廢氣在進入催化床前先用高溫廢氣在熱交換器中換熱,對脫附廢氣進行預熱后進入催化床。在催化床中,脫附氣體上升到300℃,催化氧化反應時,有機廢氣氧化為C02和H20,且無毒性,釋放熱量。排出時所形成的廢氣(<650℃)與進氣進行熱交換后,直接排入煙囪或分流作為分離熱風使用。連續(xù)運行時,吸附轉輪緩慢旋轉,對連續(xù)或間斷運行有較好的適應性。
At the same time, in the regeneration zone, high-temperature air passes through the saturated adsorption wheel, causing the adsorbed waste gas on the wheel to be desorbed and carried away by high-temperature air, thereby restoring the adsorption capacity of the wheel and achieving continuous removal of VOCs. At the same time, the concentration of waste gas is increased, making it easier to promote oxidation treatment. The high-temperature exhaust gas generated in the catalytic combustion chamber is the source of high-temperature desorption hot air. The concentrated waste gas generated during the desorption process is first exchanged with high-temperature waste gas in a heat exchanger before entering the catalytic bed. The desorbed waste gas is preheated before entering the catalytic bed. In the catalytic bed, the desorbed gas rises to 300 ℃, and during the catalytic oxidation reaction, the organic waste gas is oxidized to C02 and H20 without toxicity, releasing heat. The exhaust gas (<650 ℃) formed during discharge is directly discharged into the chimney or diverted as separated hot air after heat exchange with the intake air. During continuous operation, the adsorption wheel rotates slowly and has good adaptability to continuous or intermittent operation.
