目前就化工企業(yè)產(chǎn)生的廢氣來(lái)說(shuō),絕大多數(shù)不具備回收利用的價(jià)值,RTO蓄熱式焚燒爐設(shè)備是適合化工企業(yè)的廢氣治理方式。RTO蓄熱式焚燒爐設(shè)備的廢氣處理方式是將廢氣焚燒成為二氧化碳和水,并且不會(huì)產(chǎn)生二次污染,燃燒廢氣過(guò)程中所產(chǎn)生的高溫?zé)崮芤材軌蜻M(jìn)行回收利用,并不會(huì)造成過(guò)多的經(jīng)濟(jì)成本。RTO蓄熱式焚燒爐與守舊的催化燃燒、直燃式熱氧化爐(TO)相比,具有熱速率不錯(cuò)(≥)、運(yùn)行成本還行、能處理大風(fēng)量中低濃度廢氣等特點(diǎn),濃度稍高時(shí),還可進(jìn)行二次余熱回收,降低生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)成本。

Compared with traditional catalytic combustion and direct combustion thermal oxidation furnaces (TO), RTO thermal storage incinerators have the characteristics of good heat rate (≥), decent operating costs, and the ability to handle high air volume and low concentration waste gas. When the concentration is slightly high, they can also be used for secondary waste heat recovery, reducing production and operation costs.
RTO蓄熱室內(nèi)的腐蝕分高溫氧化腐蝕和高溫下特別離子的腐蝕、偏流造成的熱應(yīng)力腐蝕以及燃燒過(guò)程中氧化還原交替性腐蝕,此類(lèi)腐蝕用ZS-811經(jīng)得起高溫涂料或ZS-821陶瓷涂料可解決。而在蜂窩陶瓷蓄熱體上,可涂刷ZS-1061不怕高溫遠(yuǎn)紅外輻射涂料增強(qiáng)陶瓷的蓄熱能力,提升換熱速度,減小蓄熱體的體積,并可提升其抗熱震穩(wěn)定性。
The corrosion inside the RTO thermal storage chamber can be divided into high-temperature oxidation corrosion, corrosion caused by special ions at high temperatures, thermal stress corrosion caused by bias current, and alternating oxidation-reduction corrosion during combustion. This type of corrosion can be solved by using ZS-811 high-temperature coating or ZS-821 ceramic coating. On the honeycomb ceramic thermal storage body, ZS-1061 high temperature resistant far-infrared radiation coating can be applied to enhance the thermal storage capacity of the ceramic, improve heat transfer speed, reduce the volume of the thermal storage body, and improve its thermal shock stability.
廢氣中含有大量粉塵顆粒,循環(huán)熱交換部件會(huì)被高溫氣流沖刷磨損,是切換閥的頻繁動(dòng)作磨損較快,積攢到程度會(huì)出現(xiàn)閥門(mén)密封不嚴(yán)、動(dòng)作速度慢等問(wèn)題,會(huì)大地影響使用性能。因此,切換閥可涂刷ZS-1031涂料進(jìn)行防護(hù)。

為了提升熱能利用率,還可以在RTO蓄熱焚燒爐后設(shè)置換熱器增加余熱利用,換熱器一般是選用ZS-722不怕酸導(dǎo)熱涂料或ZS-1021高溫合金封閉涂料進(jìn)行防護(hù)。尾氣排放管道、引風(fēng)機(jī)以及煙囪則是選用ZS-1041煙氣涂料就可以了。

限制進(jìn)入RTO爐的廢氣濃度,采用變頻稀釋風(fēng)機(jī)調(diào)節(jié)稀釋風(fēng)量的方法控制氧化爐進(jìn)入口廢氣濃度。控制策略采用針對(duì)混合廢氣LEL的閉環(huán)調(diào)節(jié),通過(guò)增減稀釋風(fēng)機(jī)頻率,調(diào)節(jié)稀釋風(fēng)量,控制廢氣進(jìn)入口LEL。當(dāng)LEL增加時(shí),加大稀釋風(fēng)量;當(dāng)LEL減小時(shí),減小稀釋風(fēng)量。主要控制LEL在20%~25%,一般設(shè)定在20%并自動(dòng)跟蹤。
Limit the concentration of exhaust gas entering the RTO furnace, and use a variable frequency dilution fan to adjust the dilution air volume to control the concentration of exhaust gas entering the oxidation furnace. The control strategy adopts closed-loop regulation for mixed exhaust gas LEL, by increasing or decreasing the frequency of the dilution fan, adjusting the dilution air volume, and controlling the exhaust gas inlet LEL. When LEL increases, increase the dilution air volume; When the LEL decreases, decrease the dilution air volume. The main control LEL is between 20% and 25%, usually set at 20% and automatically tracked.

Drain the excess heat inside the furnace and adjust the opening of the thermal bypass valve by controlling the temperature of the combustion chamber. When the temperature of the combustion chamber rises, open the thermal bypass valve to increase the heat sent to the waste heat recovery device; When the temperature of the combustion chamber decreases, close the thermal bypass valve to reduce the heat sent to the waste heat recovery device. If the RTO system is not equipped with a waste heat recovery device, the excess heat can be directly discharged to the chimney through a thermal bypass valve.

If the excess heat exceeds the limit of the waste heat recovery device, it is determined that the excess heat cannot be released; The malfunction of the thermal storage switching valve resulted in the exhaust gas continuously entering and exiting from one storage chamber, making it impossible to switch the storage chamber; If the temperature of the combustion chamber, heat storage chamber, and the inlet and outlet pipelines of the combustion furnace exceeds the limit or malfunctions, it is determined as a system fault and triggers an interlock shutdown.
