1、 Facility construction standards

危險(xiǎn)廢物暫存間必須采用全密閉式建設(shè)，確保與外界環(huán)境有效隔離。在暫存間門內(nèi)設(shè)置圍堰，以防止危險(xiǎn)廢物泄漏外流。地面需進(jìn)行硬化處理，并嚴(yán)格落實(shí) “三防” 措施，即防分散、防損失、防泄漏。若儲(chǔ)存液體類危險(xiǎn)廢物，必須配備泄漏液體收集裝置，如托盤、導(dǎo)流溝、收集池等，以便及時(shí)收集泄漏液體，避免環(huán)境污染。對(duì)于儲(chǔ)存揮發(fā)性氣體的倉(cāng)庫(kù)，還必須設(shè)有專門的出口以及氣體凈化裝置，保證揮發(fā)性氣體得到妥善處理后再排放。

The hazardous waste storage room implements a "double person double lock" management system, where two keys are respectively kept by two responsible persons for hazardous waste. It is strictly prohibited for one person to hold both keys at the same time, in order to strengthen the safety control of hazardous waste storage and prevent unauthorized personnel from accessing hazardous waste.

不同類型的危險(xiǎn)廢物之間應(yīng)有明顯的過(guò)道劃分，便于區(qū)分和管理。在暫存間墻上應(yīng)張貼各類危險(xiǎn)廢物的名稱標(biāo)識(shí)。對(duì)于液體危險(xiǎn)廢物，需將其組裝容器放置在防泄漏托盤中，并在容器表面張貼危險(xiǎn)廢物標(biāo)簽。固體危險(xiǎn)廢物的包裝必須保持完好無(wú)損，同時(shí)懸掛危險(xiǎn)廢物標(biāo)簽，并按照安全要求填寫(xiě)相關(guān)信息，確保危險(xiǎn)廢物的存儲(chǔ)規(guī)范、有序。

There should be clear aisle divisions between different types of hazardous waste for easy differentiation and management. The names and labels of various hazardous wastes should be posted on the walls of the temporary storage room. 需建立詳細(xì)的危險(xiǎn)廢物管理臺(tái)賬，并將其懸掛在危險(xiǎn)廢物暫存間內(nèi)顯眼位置。危險(xiǎn)廢物暫存間內(nèi)應(yīng)配備臺(tái)秤，用于準(zhǔn)確計(jì)量危險(xiǎn)廢物。在臺(tái)賬中，應(yīng)如實(shí)填寫(xiě)危險(xiǎn)廢物的類型、數(shù)量、進(jìn)出時(shí)間以及名稱等關(guān)鍵信息，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)危險(xiǎn)廢物的全程可追溯管理。

A detailed hazardous waste management ledger needs to be established and hung in a prominent location in the hazardous waste temporary storage room. A platform scale should be equipped in the temporary storage room for hazardous waste to accurately measure it. In the ledger, key information such as the type, quantity, entry and exit time, and name of hazardous waste should be truthfully filled in to achieve full traceability management of hazardous waste.

六、制度與預(yù)案張貼

危險(xiǎn)廢物暫存間內(nèi)必須張貼危險(xiǎn)廢物處理制度、危險(xiǎn)廢物生產(chǎn)過(guò)程說(shuō)明、危險(xiǎn)廢物責(zé)任制、危險(xiǎn)廢物安全責(zé)任結(jié)構(gòu)圖以及危險(xiǎn)廢物環(huán)境污染應(yīng)急預(yù)案等文件，使相關(guān)人員能夠清晰了解危險(xiǎn)廢物管理的各項(xiàng)規(guī)定和應(yīng)急處理流程。

The hazardous waste temporary storage room must post documents such as the hazardous waste treatment system, hazardous waste production process instructions, hazardous waste responsibility system, hazardous waste safety responsibility structure diagram, and hazardous waste environmental pollution emergency plan, so that relevant personnel can clearly understand the various regulations and emergency response procedures of hazardous waste management.

七、存儲(chǔ)物品限制

除危險(xiǎn)廢物和應(yīng)急物品外，嚴(yán)禁在危險(xiǎn)廢物儲(chǔ)存室內(nèi)存放其他任何物品，確保暫存間空間僅用于危險(xiǎn)廢物的規(guī)范存儲(chǔ)和應(yīng)急物資儲(chǔ)備，避免因其他物品的混入而引發(fā)安全隱患或環(huán)境污染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

Except for hazardous waste and emergency supplies, it is strictly prohibited to store any other items in the hazardous waste storage room. Ensure that the temporary storage space is only used for the standardized storage of hazardous waste and emergency supplies, and avoid safety hazards or environmental pollution risks caused by the mixing of other items.
