吸附:經過三級過濾后“不含顆粒物的有機廢氣”通過緩慢轉動的沸石轉輪后,VOCs被轉輪吸附,經過凈化后的氣體通過引風機后排空,設計吸附率≥95%。
Adsorption: After three stages of filtration, the organic waste gas without particulate matter passes through a slowly rotating zeolite wheel, and VOCs are adsorbed by the wheel. The purified gas is discharged through an induced draft fan, and the designed adsorption rate is ≥ 95%.
脫附:在轉輪吸附的同時,在脫附風機的作用下,引入冷卻區(qū)及RTO高溫腔混合后的氣體,溫度在180-220℃之間,對沸石轉輪進行脫附。

沸石轉輪系統(tǒng)設備主要特點:廢氣處理系統(tǒng)必須具備自動啟動、手動啟動、超高溫脫附等多種運行模式:自動啟動模式:廢氣處理系統(tǒng)通過壓力變送器等手段能自動實現處理系統(tǒng)與車間產生廢氣工序的實際排氣總量配合,經人員現場確認啟動后,系統(tǒng)能自動開啟與車間送排風系統(tǒng)連鎖運行。

手動模式:手動模式為各設備聯(lián)鎖允許下,可手動控制各設備啟動和停止。

超高溫脫附模式:系統(tǒng)運行一段時間后,可對濃縮設備進行清潔。開啟超高溫脫附模式時,系統(tǒng)將脫附風的溫度加熱至280~300℃,并對沸石轉輪表面持續(xù)吹掃,將殘留的高沸點VOCs汽化,達到清潔的目的。
Ultra high temperature desorption mode: After running the system for a period of time, the concentration equipment can be cleaned. 溫度控制和記錄:沸石轉輪廢氣吸附前、后溫度,脫附前、后溫度,焚燒爐內的溫度,焚燒爐出口溫度,最終排氣溫度等信號進入PLC,可遠程記錄、存儲和顯示主控溫度記錄點。其中,脫附廢氣需保持在特定溫度之間,設置溫度在線監(jiān)測儀,溫度檢測元件采用熱電阻或熱電偶傳感器,上傳PLC,信號經采集處理后輸出模擬信號(4~20mA),控制混風箱、相應閥門等設備,實現溫度自動控制。
Temperature control and recording: The temperature before and after adsorption of zeolite turbine exhaust gas, the temperature before and after desorption, the temperature inside the incinerator, the outlet temperature of the incinerator, the final exhaust temperature and other signals enter the PLC, which can remotely record, store and display the main control temperature recording point. The temperature detection element uses a thermistor or thermocouple sensor, which is uploaded to the PLC. 壓力控制和記錄:焚燒爐內的壓力,天然氣壓力,天然氣助燃風壓力以及天然氣管路壓力能夠進行監(jiān)測并自動控制,接入PLC部分數據會記錄存儲。當壓力超出設定范圍時,能夠進行聲光報警,并停止相應設備動作。
Pressure control and recording: The pressure inside the incinerator, natural gas pressure, natural gas combustion air pressure, and natural gas pipeline pressure can be monitored and automatically controlled. The data connected to the PLC will be recorded and stored. When the pressure exceeds the set range, an audible and visual alarm can be triggered and the corresponding equipment action can be stopped.
壓差記錄和報警:濃縮轉輪前后需配置壓差變送器,過濾器各級過濾之間需配置壓差變送器,能實現壓差過載時自動報警,能對各級壓差顯示和記錄,其信號要求接入PLC。
Differential pressure recording and alarm: Differential pressure transmitters need to be installed before and after the concentration wheel, and differential pressure transmitters need to be installed between each stage of the filter. They can automatically alarm when the differential pressure overload occurs, display and record the differential pressure at each stage, and their signals need to be connected to the PLC.
轉輪控制:轉輪電機采用變頻控制。

風量及壓力調整之風機電機采用變頻器控制,變頻器數量及參數隨風機數量和功率確定。
The fan motor for adjusting air volume and pressure is controlled by a frequency converter, and the number and parameters of the frequency converters are determined by the number and power of the fans.
變頻器均采用總線控制且配置簡體中文操作面板。
The frequency converter adopts bus control and is equipped with a simplified Chinese operation panel.
各電機回路配有低壓斷路器(帶過載保護,有反饋觸點進PLC),對電機進行相應保護和切斷控制。
Each motor circuit is equipped with a low-voltage circuit breaker (with overload protection and feedback contacts into the PLC) to provide corresponding protection and cut-off control for the motor.
所有風機運行、故障等信號實時顯示,故障時聲光報警。

風閥執(zhí)行器:

各電動風閥執(zhí)行器電源為220VAC,氣動風閥執(zhí)行器氣源為0.5~0.7Mpa;調節(jié)型閥門控制信號為4~20mA,開度上傳PLC;開關型閥門開關狀態(tài)上傳PLC。
The power supply of each electric air valve actuator is 220VAC, and the air source of the pneumatic air valve actuator is 0.5~0.7Mpa; The control signal of the regulating valve is 4-20mA, and the opening is uploaded to the PLC; Upload the switch status of the switch type valve to the PLC.
電動風閥與送風機設有聯(lián)鎖,啟動時先開電動風閥,再啟動風機;關閉時相反。電動風閥能根據開啟程度進行風量調節(jié)。
The electric air valve is interlocked with the air supply fan. When starting, the electric air valve is opened first, and then the fan is started; When closed, it is the opposite. The electric air valve can adjust the air volume according to the degree of opening.
風閥執(zhí)行器可設置自動/手動模式,自動模式下開度受PLC控制,手動模式下通過執(zhí)行器自帶開關可對各風閥實現打開、關閉等操作,并能在閥門本地顯示閥位狀態(tài)。
The air valve actuator can be set to automatic/manual mode. In automatic mode, the opening is controlled by PLC. In manual mode, the actuator's built-in switch can be used to open and close each air valve, and the valve position status can be displayed locally.
電動開關閥的開、關到位信號,電動調節(jié)閥的閥門開啟程度通過PLC柜觸摸屏進行顯示,發(fā)生故障時聲光報警。
The opening and closing signals of the electric switch valve are in place, and the degree of valve opening of the electric regulating valve is displayed on the PLC cabinet touch screen. When a fault occurs, an audible and visual alarm is triggered.
急停保護:
Emergency stop protection:
控制柜設置急停按鈕;急停按鈕配置指示燈,指示急停按鈕狀態(tài)。急停按鈕配雙觸點,用于I/O輸入。
Set emergency stop button in the control cabinet; Emergency stop button configuration indicator light, indicating the status of the emergency stop button. The emergency stop button is equipped with dual contacts for I/O input.
當急停按鈕按下時,切斷系統(tǒng)內的設備控制回路及程序輸出,并進行聲光報警,同時將此急停信號上傳PLC。
When the emergency stop button is pressed, the equipment control circuit and program output in the system are cut off, and an audible and visual alarm is triggered. At the same time, this emergency stop signal is uploaded to the PLC.
